Thiết lập quảng cáo Nhấp để nhắn tin trên Facebook – Hướng dẫn chi tiết 2021
Trong bài viết này, mình sẽ hướng dẫn bạn cách thiết lập quảng cáo tin nhắn Facebook chi tiết để tăng cơ hội thu được lượng chuyển đổi mong muốn.
Bước đầu tiên cần vào Ads Manager, nhấp Trình quản lý quảng cáo và Tạo chiến dịch mới
Ở phần chọn mục tiêu chiến dịch bạn chọn “Tin nhắn” và tiếp tục
Tại giao diện của chiến dịch quảng cáo, bạn sẽ thấy có 3 cấp độ: cấp chiến dịch, cấp nhóm quảng cáo (có thể gồm nhiều nhóm trong 1 chiến dịch), cấp quảng cáo (có thể gồm nhiều quảng cáo trong 1 nhóm quảng cáo)
CẤP CHIẾN DỊCH
1.Điền tên chiến dịch: nếu công ty bạn chạy rất nhiều campaign thì mình lưu ý bạn nên có một quy tắc đặt tên để dễ dàng xác định được campaign nào và phục vụ cho việc quản lý và thanh toán sau này.
2. Bật chế độ “on” cho Tối ưu hóa ngân sách chiến dịch: Với việc chọn chế độ này, bạn cho phép facebook tự động phân phối đến nhóm quảng cao hiệu quả nhất và sử dụng ngân sách một cách tối ưu nhất. Điều này vừa giúp performance của ad tốt, tối ưu ngân sách cho nhà quảng cáo mà không cần tiêu tốn thời gian test A/B xem nhóm nào hiệu quả hơn.
CẤP NHÓM QUẢNG CÁO
1. Đặt tên nhóm với các từ khóa giúp bạn dễ phân biệt đặc tính của từng nhóm
2. Đích đến
Loại quảng cáo: sẽ có 2 lựa chọn cho bạn: Loại
- Nhấp để nhắn tin: Quảng cáo của bạn sẽ được hiển thị lên tường Facebook, khi người dùng nhấp vào “Gửi tin nhắn” sẽ dẫn bạn đến hộp thoại nhắn tin với trang fanpage của bạn
- Tin nhắn được tài trợ: Nội dung quảng cáo của bạn sẽ được gửi thẳng vào hộp Messenger của những người đã từng nhắn tin cho fanpage của bạn trước đây
Với mỗi lựa chọn thì các phần sau bạn cần thiết lập khác nhau một chút. Trường hợp nếu bạn chọn Loại Nhấp để nhắn tin, bạn làm theo các hướng dẫn sau:
- Ứng dụng nhắn tin: Bạn có thể chọn Messenger, Instagram và WhatsApp hoặc chọn kết hợp chat ở cả 3 ứng dụng
- Tài khoản: Chọn tài khoản quảng cáo tương ứng mà bạn muốn chạy ad

3. Ngân sách và lịch chạy
Ngân sách: Chọn các thông tin về ngân sách theo ngày hoặc ngân sách trọn đời. Để tránh lãng phí ngân sách thì bạn có thể test trước khoảng 50k cho từng nhóm quảng cáo. Sau quá trình test này bạn có thể xác định được nhóm quảng cáo nào mang lại hiệu quả tốt thì tiếp tục sử dụng lâu dài, còn những cái chưa tốt bạn ngưng chạy và rút ra kinh nghiệm cho các đợt chạy sau.

4. Đối tượng
Target đối tượng bằng cách vẽ chân dung khách hàng, xác định xem họ là ai, có những hoạt động gì trên nền tảng online. Bạn thực hiện nhắm mục tiêu với các tiêu chí: vị trí, tuổi, giới tính, thông tin nhân khẩu học, sở thích và hành vi
5. Vị trí quảng cáo
Theo kinh nghiệm chạy ad của phần lớn nhà quảng cáo, mọi người có xu hướng lựa chọn đặt vị trí quảng cáo theo thủ công, vì bạn có thể kiểm soát các vị trí sẽ hiển thị quảng cáo tới khách hàng. Chọn thủ công sẽ giúp bạn tối ưu hóa được vị trí nào mang lại kết quả tốt nhất hoặc tốt hơn nhiều so với các vị trí khác.

1.Tiến hành đặt tên quảng cáo
2.Thiết lập quảng cáo, bạn có thể chọn “Tạo quảng cáo” hoặc “Sử dụng bài viết có sẵn”.
Tạo quảng cáo
Nếu bạn chọn Tạo quảng cáo, bạn có thể sáng tạo mẫu quảng cáo với các định dạng một hình ảnh/video hay dạng quay vòng. Một số lưu ý về yêu cầu hình ảnh và video bạn cần quan tâm:
- Hình ảnh: Kích thước đề xuất từ Facebook với tỉ lệ khung là 16×9 hoặc 1×1, chú ý vào bố cục, màu sắc và theme của chương trình thu hút. Tạo ấn tượng mạnh mẽ cho người xem ngay từ lần đầu tiên sẽ giúp mẫu quảng cáo của bạn tăng cơ hội được “gửi tin nhắn” nhé!
- Video: bạn có thể sử dụng video theo khung vuông, dọc hoặc ngang, nhưng Facebook khuyên dùng khung tỉ lệ 4×5. Tuy nhiên trên giao diện máy tính, video sẽ hiển thị với khung tỉ lệ 1×1 nên 2 bên video có thể xuất hiện thanh màu đen. Thời lượng video nên từ 2 phút trở xuống, dung lượng tối đa 4GB, tối ưu với các file đuôi mp4, mov hoặc gif.
- Dạng quay vòng, bạn được phép thêm tối đa 10 hình, đây là công cụ hữu ích để bạn truyền tải một câu chuyện hoặc thể hiện các sản phẩm/ yếu tố cùng chủ đề. Riêng đối với dạng này, ở phần nội dung tiếp theo bạn sẽ có 2 lựa chọn là Thêm hình/video và liên kết theo cách thủ công hoặc Tự động điền thẻ quay vòng từ danh mục bộ sản phẩm. Theo mình bạn nên chọn cách thủ công để đảm bảo chất lượng nội dung và hình ảnh của từng hình theo ý muốn của bạn.
Sau đó bạn cần cung cấp các nội dung bắt mắt, thu hút và “chạm” vào nhu cầu của khách hàng qua mục Nội dung chính , Tiêu đề và Mô tả
Sử dụng bài viết có sẵn
Bạn có thể chọn một bài viết đã đăng trên fanpage bằng cách bâm chọn bài viết hoặc nhập ID bài viết. Sau đó bạn nhớ chọn nút “Kêu gọi hành động” là “Gửi tin nhắn”.
3. Mẫu quảng cáo: đây là mẫu để bắt đầu chat sau khi mọi người nhấn vào quảng cáo của bạn. Bạn có thể nhấp vào các tùy chọn như Bắt chuyện/ Tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng/ Thiết lập nâng cao để bắt đầu tạo cho mình những nội dung chào đón khách hàng thật độc đáo, thú vị. Do phần cài đặt quyền riêng tư, bạn chỉ có thể bắt đầu trò chuyện với khách hàng sau khi họ trả lời doanh nghiệp của bạn.
Trên đây là cách thức giúp bạn có thể cài đặt một chiến dịch quảng cáo nhấp để nhắn tin trên Facebook thành công.
