Bước đầu bạn cần tạo đối tượng tùy chỉnh đã tương tác với Facebook và Website. Để vào giao diện của đối tượng tùy chỉnh, bạn chọn Đối tượng bên góc trái và nhấp chọn đối tượng tùy chỉnh.
Tại đây có hai nguồn dữ liệu bạn có thể chọn: từ nguồn của bạn hoặc nguồn của Facebook

1. Tạo tệp đối tượng đã tương tác với website
Để tạo đối tượng tùy chỉnh đã tương tác với Website, bạn cần cài đặt đoạn mã Facebook Conversion API. Nêu bạn không thực sự rành về cách cài đặt, bạn có thể nhờ bên developer hỗ trợ hoặc có thể thuê một Agency thực hiện set up và chạy chiến dịch trọn gói cho bạn. ECOMKING Digital

2. Tạo tệp đối tượng đã tương tác với Facebook
Facebook cho phép bạn chọn 8 loại dữ liệu để bạn tùy chỉnh tệp đối tượng của mình, bao gồm:

Phần quan trọng nhất của việc tạo Đối tượng tùy chỉnh tương tác video là chọn nhóm mục tiêu của bạn.

Lưu ý: Nếu tệp đối tượng điều chỉnh của bạn quá nhỏ, khoảng tầm vài ngàn hoặc vài chục ngàn data thì bạn nên tạo thêm tệp Lookalike để mở rộng đối tượng tiềm năng. Như vậy bạn có thể target vào cả hai tệp, vừa đảm bảo độ rộng cho tệp đối tượng Facebook cần phân phối, vừa giảm giá thầu cho nhóm quảng cáo.
