Tài khoản bị khóa tạm thời cần đổi lại mật khẩu: Trường hợp này bạn có thể mở khóa trong vòng vài phút

- Nếu được nhắc, hãy tìm tài khoản của bạn bằng cách nhập email, điện thoại, tên người dùng hoặc họ tên đầy đủ của mình và nhấp vào Tìm kiếm.
- Xem danh sách địa chỉ email trên tài khoản của bạn. Nếu bạn không có quyền truy cập vào bất kỳ địa chỉ nào trong số này, hãy nhấp vào Không còn truy cập được nữa? hoặc No longer have access to these?”.
- Nhập số điện thoại hoặc email mới mà bạn biết mình có thể truy cập và nhấp vào Tiếp tục.
- Nhấp vào Công khai người liên hệ đáng tin cậy của tôi và nhập họ tên đầy đủ của một trong số họ.
- Bạn sẽ nhìn thấy một bộ hướng dẫn có liên kết đặc biệt. Liên kết này chứa mã khôi phục mà chỉ Người liên hệ đáng tin cậy mới truy cập được.
Cách nhận mã khôi phục từ Người liên hệ đáng tin cậy:
- Gửi liên kết cho bạn mình và đề nghị họ mở ra.
- Liên kết của họ sẽ có mã đăng nhập. Đề nghị họ gửi mã đăng nhập cho bạn.
- Sử dụng mã khôi phục từ người liên hệ đáng tin cậy để truy cập tài khoản.
