Hướng dẫn cài đặt Tiktok Pixel để chạy quảng cáo Tiktok Ads
TikTok Pixel là một công cụ dùng để đo lường và theo dõi hiệu quả của quảng cáo TikTok trên trang web của bạn. Đoạn mã Pixel này cho phép bạn theo dõi doanh số bán hàng, hoạt động của người dùng và tìm đối tượng phù hợp cho quảng cáo của bạn.
TikTok Pixel là một đoạn mã javascript cho phép bạn theo dõi và hiểu các hành động mà người dùng thực hiện trên trang web của bạn. Khi người dùng truy cập trang web của bạn, pixel sẽ kích hoạt, theo dõi hành vi và chuyển đổi của họ.
Trong bài viêt này mình sẽ giúp bạn hiểu hơn về chức năng Tiktok Pixel và cách cài đặt nó như thế nào.
Chức năng của Tiktok Pixel:
- Đo lường hiệu suất chiến dịch: Đo lường hiệu quả của quảng cáo và chuyển đổi của bạn dựa trên một loạt các sự kiện bạn xác định.
- Tối ưu hóa việc phân phối quảng cáo: Bạn sẽ đặt các sự kiện mục tiêu mà bạn muốn tối ưu hóa, từ đó mã pixel cho phép hệ thống nhắm mục tiêu những người dùng có nhiều khả năng thực hiện hành động đó nhất trên trang web của bạn, như thêm vào giỏ hàng, đăng ký, hoàn tất thanh toán, v.v.
- Xây dựng đối tượng dựa trên hành vi: Theo dõi người dùng trên trang web và sau đó tạo Đối tượng tùy chỉnh hoặc Đối tượng tương tự dựa trên cách họ tương tác, hoặc theo dõi điểm chạm khiến họ drop trong phễu bán hàng của bạn. Sau đó, những đối tượng này có thể được sử dụng để tiếp thị lại.
Cách thiết lập TikTok Pixel?
Để thiết lập TikTok Pixel và tận dụng tối đa nó, bạn sẽ cần làm theo 6 bước chính:
Bước 1: Tạo pixel
Đặt tên pixel của bạn và lấy mã pixel. Tên pixel nên được đặt tương ứng với trang web hoặc tên miền. Độ dài ký tự tối đa là 128 ký tự, bao gồm cả khoảng trắng.

Bước 2: Cài đặt pixel
Bạn có thể thêm mã pixel vào trang web của mình theo cách thủ công hoặc thông qua Google Tag Manager của Google.

Cài đặt Google Tag Manager của Google:

Bước 3: Tải TikTok Pixel Helper
Bạn có thể sử dụng Trình trợ giúp Pixel TikTok để kiểm tra xem mã pixel có được thêm vào chính xác hay không và các sự kiện có được kích hoạt thành công hay không.

Bước 4: Chọn một mẫu theo dõi sự kiện
Chọn một danh mục ngành phù hợp với lĩnh vực kinh doanh của bạn (Thương mại điện tử, Gửi biểu mẫu, Tư vấn, Tải xuống App hoặc Sự kiện tùy chỉnh) để tạo một chuỗi sự kiện cho phù hợp.

Bốn mẫu bao gồm 3-5 loại sự kiện được xác định trước cho mỗi tình huống theo hành trình của người dùng. Đặt tên cho từng sự kiện và đặt Giá trị sự kiện cho doanh nghiệp của bạn, bao gồm đặt Đơn vị tiền tệ Currency và Phương pháp thống kê Statistical Method.
- Tên sự kiện và Giá trị (Value) là tùy chọn.
- Đối với Phương pháp Thống kê, bạn có thể chọn “Mọi lúc” (“Every Time”) hoặc “Một lần” (“Once”) (cài đặt mặc định).
Trong các trường hợp bạn muốn biết liệu một người dùng có hoàn thành sự kiện nhiều lần hay không, hãy chọn “Mọi lúc” làm Phương pháp thống kê để conversion sẽ được tính là 2. Trong các tình huống bạn chỉ muốn ghi lại một sự kiện cho mỗi người dùng, chọn “Một lần” làm Phương pháp Thống kê để conversion sẽ được tính là 1.

Ngoài ra bạn có thể chọn mẫu tùy chỉnh để đáp ứng nhu cầu của doanh nghiệp. Mẫu tùy chỉnh có thể hỗ trợ tối đa 5 sự kiện; chọn từ 17 sự kiện tiêu chuẩn có sẵn.
Bước 5: Xác định các sự kiện
Xác định một chuỗi sự kiện để theo dõi hành động của người dùng. Bạn có thể xác định quy tắc theo dõi cho từng sự kiện bằng cách chọn Element Click, Destination URL, hoặc Pop-up Events. Điều này giúp hệ thống đấu giá của Tiktok xác định xem người dùng có thực hiện hành động mà bạn mong muốn trên trang web của mình hay không.
Lưu ý: pixel sẽ không theo dõi hoạt động sự kiện nếu sự kiện không được xác định
Có hai phương pháp để xác định Sự kiện nhấp chuột (Click Events)
- Nhập url trang web của bạn và chọn element trên preview page.
- Thêm bộ CSS của element theo cách thủ công.
Chọn element trên preview page:
- Nhập URL trang đích của bạn (bao gồm cả http / https) vào hộp văn bản URL trang web ở đầu trang và nhấp vào “Cập nhật” (“Update”). Trang của bạn sẽ tải ở phía bên trái.
- Nhấp vào element mong muốn (nút) trên trang web của bạn.
- Một pop-up sẽ xuất hiện để bạn xác nhận. Nhấp vào “Lưu” (“Save”).
- Lựa chọn của bạn sẽ tự động xuất hiện.
Lưu ý: Đối với Sự kiện nhấp chuột, cài đặt mặc định cho trang xem trước là chế độ chọn Phần tử, nhưng bạn cũng có thể chuyển sang chế độ xem trước trang web.

Thêm mã bộ CSS theo cách thủ công:
- Nhấp vào “Thêm quy tắc” (”Add rule”)
- Nhập mã bộ chọn CSS của bạn.
- Liên hệ với web developer để cung cấp mã bộ chọn CSS cho element bạn đã chọn và nhập nó vào chỗ trống. Nếu nhập sai, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị một thông báo lỗi. Nhấp vào “Lưu” (“Save”).

Bước 6: Tạo quảng cáo và xem dữ liệu
Ở cấp nhóm quảng cáo, bạn bắt đầu liên kết pixel và chọn một sự kiện làm mục tiêu tối ưu hóa.
Sau khi chiến dịch hoạt động, bạn có thể xem tất cả dữ liệu sự kiện trong Trình quản lý sự kiện Event Manager và trên trang tổng quan chiến dịch của mình.
